About Me

Hello, I’m Sara! I’m a qualified Nutritional Therapist and Behaviour Change Coach based in Malta. My roots are Maltese, English and Irish and my journey in health and wellness began over 12 years ago, working alongside my mum in our family-run spa business.
 

Although we live in a world of incredible medical advancements, chronic disease and stress-related health issues are on the rise. Having experienced my own struggles with hormonal and mental health, I’ve seen first-hand the powerful impact that nutrition, lifestyle and behavioural changes can have on both our body, mind and our relationships. 
 

This is the foundation of my work: creating tailored, realistic and sustainable nutrition and lifestyle plans that help you uncover and address the root cause of your health concerns. I guide my clients to understand their bodies, build confidence and clarity in their food choices and find supportive routines that fit their lives.
 

Over the past few years, I’ve had the privilege of working with hundreds of clients,  helping them break free from patterns that no longer serve them and embrace healthier, more authentic, soul-driven lives.
 

I believe the human body is extraordinary. When we understand how it works and learn how to support it, our body naturally responds - restoring energy and digestive health, balancing moods and hormones and gaining an overall deeper sense of connection with oneself. 

My Story

My journey into health began long before I studied nutrition. For nearly a decade, I co-managed my mum's spa, working closely with people every day and witnessing first-hand how stress, lifestyle, emotions and physical health are all deeply connected. It sparked a fascination with what truly helps people feel well, not just for a few weeks but for the long term.
 

That curiosity led me to study Nutritional Therapy at the Institute for Optimum Nutrition, where I spent over five years developing a science-based understanding of nutrition and lifestyle medicine. Since then, I've worked with clients around the world, supporting them with concerns ranging from digestive and hormonal issues to energy, mood, metabolic health and their relationship with food.

I believe feeling well should never come at the expense of living well.

I help people improve their health through evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle changes that feel achievable, enjoyable and sustainable.
