What is nutritional therapy?
Nutritional therapy is an evidence-based, personalised process which encompasses the link between all systems in the body and helps you understand the root cause/s of your symptoms and health issues.
This involves understanding your case history, environment, diet and lifestyle, family history and lab testing (including blood panels, nutrigenomic testing, comprehensive hormone testing and stool testing to assess digestive function and gut microbiome analysis).

How does it work?
The journey begins with a comprehensive review and assessment of your health history, diet, lifestyle and current situation. We’ll also get an understanding of your goals and where you want to get to.
Deep diving into your individual profile, I’ll build a programme of recommendations and guidance for you. We’ll take plenty of time to discuss this in detail, so you can share any concerns you might have and make your own, fully informed choices.
Together, we’ll monitor your progress through the programme and make adjustments as necessary. My recommendations are designed to be enjoyable and sustainable as well as flexible - so that you can achieve genuine and lasting change.
